Civil List

The Intendant of the King’s Civil List assumes the general management as well as the management of human, financial and material resources of the King’s Household.

As managing director of the Queen Elisabeth Medical Foundation and the non-profit association Les Oeuvres de la Reine asbl [Queen’s Charities], he liaises with the management of the Department of Buildings as well as with the Royal Donation.

He is assisted by the Treasurer of the Civil List, who is primarily in charge of monitoring the financial means and resources, accounts and personnel management.

The Director of the Royal Hunts manages all the personnel of the Royal Hunts. He plans, organises and conducts hunting activities, sees to compliance with the relevant rules and regulation and liaises with the competent authorities on the matter.
